We "TOPSELLUX" are a sole trade company offering a brand new slippers, mules, sandals, clogs etc. The following terms and conditions apply to all products bought through our website. By buying here you will be deemed to have accepted these terms.

Selling Policy.

We accept most major credit and debit cards only made with Paypal authorization system (no account with Paypal is required) to guarantee that all your credit card or debit card details are protected and cannot be used or accessed by third parties. All transactions take place via secure encryption, look for the padlock icon in your browser. Your credit/debit card details are not stored on our servers and we have no access to them at any time. When the order is made we send a confirmation with all details (incl. postage costs - the link to postage costs can be also found at the bottom of the home page) and send the ordered product as soon as possible - usually within 1 working day, however when sold out we reserve up to 10 working days to dispatch the ordered item. You will be notified of any delay by e-mail message.

We send the ordered product only if the required amount of money will appear on our account.

Please note that we are not responsible for any local duty and or taxes on goods delivered to addresses outside the UK or European Union, and you should pay these directly where applicable.

Return Policy.

14 days satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with our products in any way you can return it within 14 days. Please contact us before. We recommend to use recorded delivery because we are not liable for the transit loss of any returned items/parcels. So we recommend that you obtain Proof of Posting and take out parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss by the Post Office. We will not refund the costs of returning the goods.
